• History of Development of camera • History of film – Image and sound • Introduction of camera & Aesthetics of film • Developing a creative mind- Art, Society & culture • Different types of Camera- TV studio, Serial, Film, DJI Osmo cam, Action Cam, Drone cam, etc. • Characteristics, functions and operations of video camera (DV, HDV, HD, 2K, 4K, 6K cameras, Recording formats, etc.) • Iris- Aperture, shutter speed, Gain- ISO, White balance- Kelvin, DOF- Focus, Sensors, etc. • Camera audio setup, Camera menu, etc. • Characteristics and use of different types of Still & Cine lenses • Professional Sound equipment related to film • Introduction of camera equipment – Tripod, Trolley, crane- jimmy jib, slider, dolly, gimbal, filters, Color Gels, diffusers, reflectors, Light cutters, patterns.
